My name is Shane and I work for a backyard construction company in Kitchener Waterloo called Heritage Design.  Throughout the Heritage Design’s 20+ years in business we have seen it all and heard it all.

The goals here is to help you!  There is a little handy man in all of us but a lot of the time we lack a little knowledge to get the job done, and let’s face it there comes a time when we should all ask an expert.

Through video and writing I hope to answer a good majority of the common questions home owners are faced with when it comes to a building project in their own backyard.  I will do my best to cover the most common questions and problems that come up but please feel free to reach out and ask me anything.  Either hammer out an email or shoot me a tweet.
